Villa Bella Hotel & Spa Gramado

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, really close to the city center and surrounded by lovely restaurants. The room service was excellent, and we appreciated the convenience of the car hire service. Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room clean and tidy. We also enjoyed the free shuttle service and the welcome drink upon arrival. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms made for a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The garden area was a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

We loved the hotel's location - very close to the city center and some of the best restaurants in the area. The pool was also a highlight, providing a great place to cool off and relax in the sun. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The spacious rooms are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi, and a mini-bus service that runs frequently. We particularly enjoyed the revitalizing spa and relaxing pool, which was somewhat of a retreat within the hotel itself.

The cost of the hotel was slightly more expensive than expected and didn't always provide the value expected, given the slightly outdated decor and some slight maintenance issues. While the hotel is in a good location, it does require a little more travel to get to the main areas of the town if you wish to explore the attractions nearby.

The hotel management did not fulfill my request for specific room accommodations which was disappointing. the prices at checkout did not match with the ones in the reservation and there was an unexpected extra charge.

The free internet, delicious breakfast, and excellent restaurant added to the overall great experience.
